CBC news covers the recent studies showing that Antidepressants were found to be no more effective than Placebo. The questions were asked why were these Antidepressants approved if they were no more effective than the Placebo but yet they have harmful side effects i.e. Suicidal tendencies, Homicidal tendencies which many times lead to school shootings and other terrible events. Terrible withdrawal effects and many, many more. The question does have to be asked, Why would regulatory bodies such as Health Canada approve these Antidepressants after being given all this evidence? Seems like corruption between them and the Pharmaceutical industry.
The first time I saw this evidence come to light was at a Truehope presentation a number of years back where they talked about the harmful side effects of these antidepressants and the lack of effectiveness of them.
