Este cardio necesar pentru slabire ? Sunt 2 tipuri de cardio: LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) si HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
In functie de obiectivele tale vei folosi unul dintre ele dar nu te baza in totalitate pe cardio. Baza in slabire o constituie deficitul caloric si calcularea caloriilor. Cardio este doar o unealta care vine in completarea deficitului caloric.
