Once kicking a box with your inner thighs gets too easy then you can either kick the box a farther distance OR... You can use heavier weights in the box, heavier objects or a weight plate to force you to work your inner thighs thru a greater range of motion for a more intense inner thigh workout.

You can also try my other inner thigh exercises and workouts once this exercise has become too easy for you.

Remember: use a weight that is not so light that you end up kicking the box all the way across the floor or a weight so heavy that you can hardly drag it across the floor with your inner thighs
Do only 2-to-6 sets where you kick or drag for 1-to-5 minutes with each leg 3-to-5 days per week & Expect to see a difference in under 2-to-3 weeks.

Please note that not only for getting thinner thighs or thinner, smaller or shorter anything on your body will mean that most of the time you will have to lose fat all over your body and once again I must say...

Although this exercise targets your inner thigh area you cannot target spots to lose fat from (spot reduction myth) so I can't stress enough how much more important it is for you to lose weight all over to really truly get much thinner thighs.

Don't worry if your inner thighs touch because if you're skinny or have a low body fat percentage but your thighs still touch then more than likely they touch not because your are fat (which is ridiculous t think if you're skinny) but they touch because of the bone structure you were born with. It has nothing to do with you being overweight but again of course...

If you are overweight or fat then MAYBE these inner thigh exercises should be the last thing you are concerned with and focus more on losing fat all over your body and NOT JUST your inner thigh area.

Also you probably figured out by now that just as easily you can work your inner thighs like this you can also reverse the movement and work your outer thighs the exact same way by using the outside of your foot. (See my outer thigh video for how to do that)

Last 2 notes on this inner thigh exercise...

1. I know it's called the best inner thigh exercise for women but men can of course do and get results from this exercise as well and...

2. Number 2 you can kick or drag anything with your feet for an effective inner thigh workout so if you have a slick enough floor and something that will give you resistance to that slickness then you can just as easily use that for your inner thighs.
