More than 30 percent of Americans are obese. Many frequently try to lose the weight they've already gained but what about trying to minimize weight gain that often occurs with aging? A new study shows young adults who maintain higher levels of physical activity over time may lessen the amount of weight they gain as they enter into middle age. Catherine Dolf has more in this week's JAMA Report.
