This guitar is an outstanding spruce top PB (Paulino Bernabe) Ramirez. It predates, to the best of my knowledge, the switch to modern finishes and is in fact a french polish finish of shellac. It is in mint condition, having been restored by me and my restoration partner about 4 years ago. The guitar has the most florid and beautiful rosewood back and sides and a very well cut spruce top.

It is far and away the most unique Ramirez I have had in my hands. The first thing you notice is it's weight, it is a feather, much like a cypress bodied guitar. The response is almost flamenco like but the tone is pure classical as is the weight to the notes. This guitar is incredibly colorful and very even up and down it's registers. It is also quite loud and projects better than any other Ramirez I have handled. The scale length is 660, it has a new fingerboard so the previous owner opted for a slightly shorter scale. As it is, the guitar is very easy to play and will be a gem in anyone's collection.

This guitar is no longer for sale. However we are keeping this video up as a tribute to this magnificent guitar. Please contact me ataarongreenguitars@gmail.com if you have an interest in an instrument I am representing.
