I shot some of my favorite workout movements to share with you guys this past Saturday. And no this is not my workout routine. I basically just did one set of each of these movements to show everyone what I have been doing in the gym the past 3 or 4 months. I feel that I have gotten a lot stronger since my last competition and put on some good muscle. I will be competing this Friday in Pittsburgh PA. Please like this video and subscribe.
