So my waistline is 100.8cm now, 6.2cm less than the first video. I will gradually share with you the tips I've been using each video. In this video I talk about doing some research on intermittent fasting. You might not realise but you could already be doing intermittent fasting, if you leave a good gap between when you have dinner one night to when you have breakfast the next morning.
