Behavioral Interview Prep

Here's the basics of the Behavioral Interview Prep. The interviewer will expect you to have a story from your work history that demonstrates a skill that meets a specific demand of the job description. So for example, if the job description calls for experience in project management you want to know the following example:
Make the example quantifiable: "Your project managements produce X amount of savings, or helped produce Y amount of revenue, or your product turn around time went from 6 months to 4 months etc. Make your examples quantifiable!
Make the example verifiable: This is not always possible, but ideally you want to provide stories that can be backed up with by your references.
Make the example recent: Again here you have to use your best judgement, but try to find strong examples from the past 2 years of work history. Now if you have a real rockstar example that's from 3-4 years ago, by all means use it, but the more recent the better.
