Despite the years and the disease, he still has that youthful appearance about him. Great childhood memories.

I'm 51 and have been diagnosed with Parkinson's for nine years now. I frequently read about and watch Michael because he is an inspiration for me. There are days when my meds work very well and I don't even feel as if I have anything wrong. There are other days where it feels almost impossible to get out of bed. Some days I have no depression at all and other days are unbelievably difficult to get through. I am grateful for the research being done, the medications I have, my doctors, family, and friends. Trust me, there are days I wish it would just take my life. Thankfully, I can watch someone like Michael J. Fox that has it much worse than me and know that I can get through it. Thank you!

Ellen: "Can you just, forget about it? Do you have days where you just completely forget?" Michael: "Yeah, today." I absolutely and deeply adore him. He is a true inspiration to me, and to others.
