The King Brand ColdCure Knee Wrap comes with three cold cure knee wraps containing XC RigiGel. the XC gel packs can be stored in the fridge or freezer. Charge the gel packs in the fridge or freezer for at least one hour prior to use. To apply the wrap, un-do the Velcro straps of the knee wrap. Take the XC gel packs from the fridge or the freezer. Open the Velcro closure on the inside mesh pocket and line up the shape of the gel with the shape of the pocket. The XC gel pack can be inserted with the white side facing the skin or away from the skin, since it's not side specific in use.

Place the hole of the knee wrap over your knee cap so that the XC gel pack is covering the affected area of the knee. The King Brand logo can be facing up or down depending on the treatment area. Secure the Velcro straps above and below the knee cap, or in a crisscross pattern for added support.

Elevate your knee and rest during treatments. Having the XC Gel packs in the fridge, there is no need to take breaks in between treatments, but if the XC gel packs are charged in the freezer do a 20 minute treatment followed by a 20 minute break.

The level of coldness felt will increase as the amount of inflammation decreases. If ColdCure treatments become uncomfortable, remove the wrap for a couple of minutes and re-apply.
