OK folks I put together another EMDR video, just to switch things up instead of watching the same old one. As I said in my previous video I use these for myself in order to quiet my mind before going to bed, or if I wake up at night and just can't fall back to sleep, because my mind is just racing with thoughts, a problem which has plagued me throughout my life and caused many sleepless nights. As before I used some portions of videos that I discovered on line with most of my used stuff coming from igetrealtv who makes some wonderful inspirational videos visit their site at http://www.igetrealtv.com.

This time I tried to use more of my own stuff but I just don't have the software to the more fancy titles, being unemployed for the last 2 years, but I hope you enjoy this one and find it helpful -- peace to everyone.
P.S. if anyone has any suggestions or ideas of what they would like to see in these type of videos I will be happy to see what I can do with my limited resources
Robert A. Yourell provided his bilateral sound EvoLucid, with permission.
EvoLucid can be found at http://www.psychinnovations.com/produ... or to http://tinyurl.com/evolucid.

Thank You

I DO NOT PRETEND OR PASS OFF MY VIDEOS AS EMDR THERAPY
Even though many therapists use my videos, I do not create my videos as a self help guide to serious psychological problems, I will always suggest that you seek the help of trained professionals when dealing with trauma.
I mainly create my videos to refocus racing thoughts at night so I can get back to sleep, occasionally I will throw in some positive affirmations of things I’m personally working on but for the most part it’s about shutting off the brain long enough to get back to sleep.

(OK a little bit on why I do the videos the way I do) I use words in my videos to engage both hemispheres of the brain; I alter the pattern of the lights to keep the brain engaged. (too repetitive and the mind will start to wander back to what ever you were thinking about) Remember the object of these videos is to take your mind off your problems not to deal with them (that’s what therapists are for) Bilateral sound, eye movement, changing patterns all work in conjunction to achieve this goal.
