With the new school year right around the corner, make sure you take time to visit your family's pediatrician or physician to have your child screened and to keep their immunizations up to date. A simple well-child visit can ensure your student starts the school year healthy and ready to learn.
This is why the Minnesota Department of Education partnered with the U of M Amplatz Children's Hospital and Fairview Clinics to remind Minnesotans to add a visit to their family doctor to their back to school checklist.
