According to Beatles Unlimited Magazine.....
LP Blind Faith
George probably played guitar on 'Exchange and Mart' and 'Spending All My Days
These weren't exactly Blind Faith songs...the group was recording them for Rick Grech's solo album (never to be released). The reported recording group was Blind Faith along with Trevor Burton (guitar/bass for the Move), Denny Laine, and George.

The bass in Exchange and Mart is probably being played by Burton (or Laine) while Grech is playing the violin.
The Simon Leng book claims he did, whereas Beatles Undercover says he might have. Plus Alan White, who drummed on the songs, can't recall if George was there or not.
