Even a Democrat is questioning why the Obama adminsitration ignored an immigration problem they should have seen coming a year ago. U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar appeared on CNN's State of the Union and told Candy Crowley that the crisis could be seen in rising numbers of illegal immigration as far as a full year ago.
