This is a video tutorial of the Windows 2000 operating system developed by Microsoft Corporation, in these six clips of video I make a thorough walkthrough to the Windows 2000 Professional platform, the patch level of the operating system shown during the tutorial was Service Pack 4 excluding any extra updates or patches.

The main purpose of this video tutorial is to share my knowledge and understanding of the Windows 2000 platform; this is also a useful tutorial for people who are new to computers and don't have good skills with basic computer software applications. This video tutorial also has the purpose of making people remember the good old days when they used to work with older versions of Windows; it also contributed for making me remember of how Windows 2000 used to be like.

Personally I never had a computer at home running Microsoft Windows 2000 as this operating system was developed for the business sector and so it didn't have the basic entertaining features found in most platforms today, but I did have a few computers running older versions of Microsoft Windows such as Windows 95, 98 and Millennium Edition. I want to make a correction to one of the things I have said during the recording of this video, I said that the support for the Windows 2000 platform ended sometime in 2006 but I didn't realize that it actually ended on the 13th of July 2010.

I also want to point out that even though the Windows 2000 platform is not supported anymore for any purposes, this operating system was extremely stable, reliable and secure, please keep in mind that 70% of the Windows XP programming language is based on the code used to build the Windows 2000 operating system.

This video tutorial took me a total of more than 12 hours to make, from the recording process to the editing and uploading, so any questions or comments regarding this topic would be more than welcome.
