Tore Technologies and Elastic Engineering 2

Tore Technologies (TORTECH®) and Elastic Engineering (ELASTONEERING®) (TT&EE) based on Toroidal motion.
The main structural element of tore/elastic machines and mechanisms is a thin hermetically tight or non-tight (for a pressure pulse) elastic/soft toroidal shell made of real or virtual elastic/soft matter and filled with working/fluid medium under excess (gas) or normal (liquid) pressure referred to as an eversible or enveloping elastic toroid.

When effected by external or internal forces, the elastic toroid progressively advances through eversion/envelopment (rolling) against an anchoring belt which may be formed by internal or external peripheral or central bodies.
Natural elastic toroid VTortex (Galaxy, Tornado, Lightning Ball, Small Comet etc) is capable of generating (building) and integrating mechanical, electronic, information and energy components into one intellectual elastic system formed in the shell material and fluid/working medium within this shell.

This system includes sensors and actuators, information and energy pipelines, data processing centers, generators, energy converters etc.

Coordinated actions of mechanical and electronic systems formed as one physical structure allow elastic machines and mechanisms effectively maintain their life, i.e. to perform the motion (work) with minimum energy consumption and energy interchange in the environment
