Are you looking for the best full body workout routine for women?
I've been experimenting with body weight exercises and have been seeing some good results by looking up tips and techniques on Youtube. But I just found this awesome video series that totally rocks. I put a link to it above. It isn't free, but it's worth it if you actually want to get a good full body workout and not spend money on a gym membership. I mean the cost of the video is way less than 1 month of a gym membership, and I can honestly say this style of working out feels way better for my body and I'm convinced that I'm going to get really good results. I wasn't even able to do all of the exercises yet. But it's fine because the video gives me different options depending on my ability or fitness level, so I know I can keep increasing the difficulty as I get more fit.
