In 2012, B. DOLAN & BUDDY PEACE created "FILM THE POLICE," a reworking of the N.W.A. classic "FUCK THE POLICE" that addressed citizens' rights to film cops in the wake of the Oscar Grant shooting. The song caught fire during the wave of Occupy Wall St. protests that coincided with it's release, developing a life of it's own as a hashtag that traveled the world on the lips of protesters and activists resisting police brutality.

This year brings the release of HOUSE OF BEES 3, the latest in a series of mixtapes from B. Dolan & Buddy Peace, who have this time chosen to rework RICK ROSS and JAY-Z's 2013 single "The Devil is A Lie" to tell the story of the real man behind a rapper's name; that of drug kingpin "Freeway" Ricky Ross and his connection to the Iran-Contra scandal.
