Slide block to sideline and back to the block. Once you return to the block, backpedal straight to half-court and slide to the sideline at half-court. Once you get to the sideline at half-court sprint in on an angle to receive a bounce pass for a lay-up from a coach or partner. Concentrate on good form when performing backpedals and slides. Always cut hard to the basket, convert 5 lay-ups and switch sides.
