Played on an emulator. No savestates or slowdown used. Single segment run played on Normal difficulty. Final time from gaining control to last hit on the final boss is 32:53.

This was a very fun game to run. It has so many different types of gameplay packed into it and even after putting lots of time into it the past several weeks the humor about it never got old. This run is far from perfect, but does showcase some interesting and difficult tricks. I'm very happy with this time.

Part 5

Buttville: Very happy to get through the first part damage free. I could've done a little more free falling, but not too much. The main section of the level has a few mistakes in it, including the single most glaring mistake in the run where I miss the second hook over the first hive. Everything else before the boss is pretty minor. I sacrifice a few seconds for caution around the worms that come from the background (for those who don't know, they're one hit kills) and to set up the last swing after the first worm section (screw it up and I'm dead). Do nail a few good timesavers though. I get up the vertical whipping section after the checkpoint as quick as possible and shortly thereafter do a damage boost of some spikes to skip the lower platform which nets a few seconds. The miniboss went fine, and I had enough health to skip the power up to the far right afterwards. Once your on the last platform the final boss is basically a joke if you're sitting on 3k+ ammo. I did miss with one of my plasma shots which cost a few seconds, but other than that no complaints. Cue the ending!
