Wave good-bye to wobbling arms, by saying hello to a daily tricep dip exercise that will keep your arms toned and improve your strength.

Hi, I'm Samantha Clayton, fitness expert and former competitive sprinter. I'm working with Herbalife to help you achieve a healthy, active life.

People tell me that the back of their arms is a problem area. There are many, many upper arm exercises but the fastest fix is a duel combo of exercise with a quality nutrition plan. My hope is that this approach may soon have you waving with confidence.

Flabby underarms are often caused by muscle loss or weight gain, and it is a common problem associated with the natural aging process. While we can't do much about the last one, there are several exercises that you can do to tighten up your muscles and avoid muscles loss.

Your tricep muscle is at the back of the upper arm. Its purpose is to assist your bicep muscles to raise and lower the forearm.

Try this simple move at home, in the office or at the gym to strengthen those often ignored triceps muscles, and reduce underarm wobbliness:

All you need is a chair and a desire to wave with confidence!

• Stand backwards in front of a chair.
• Squat down and grasp each side of the chair's seat with your hands.
• Walk your legs out a few feet.
• Keeping your elbows back, bend your arms to lower your body.
• Once you can't go any lower, hold and pause for a few seconds.
• Straighten your arms to lift your body and to return to the starting position.

Try to complete 15 repetitions and aim to do 3 sets. If you want to make it more difficult and involve your core; lift one leg up off the floor. You can also place a weight on your lap or, if you're doing it in the office, use a few books to add weight.

Just remember to use a sturdy chair or bench because using a chair with wheels is NOT a good idea!
