Attorney General Candidate Favors Nullification, and not just filing lawsuits against the federal government. Listen to Connecticut GOP nominee Martha Dean:

"I will support all legislative efforts to nullify federal laws that rely on the exercise of power not granted to the federal government."

(h/t Tom Woods)

Martha Dean was the highest vote-getter in the August 10 Republican Primary Election. Martha is a candidate for Attorney General of Connecticut. She is the one and only true Tea Party victor among many who tried but fell short of the nomination for other offices.

Martha attended a special rally at the Capitol in Hartford on August 17, 2010. The rally welcomed Daren Gardner, a Richmond, Virginia resident, who made Hartford his fifth stop in a 48 state tour of capitol cities, delivering a proclamation to preserve the Constitution.
