The start of this video is showing how to attack after a teep is caught. A right hook as you are pulled in, or an elbow if you are pulled in far. Keep the opposite hand up though because the catcher is probably trying to hook or kick on the opposite side. He's telling me to grab the waist when the opponent is pressing in. There's a trip from that position where you kind of step behind the person and squeeze them backwards. My feet are all tangled and too close together to accomplish it (and he knows what I'm doing so he's working against it), so that's the awkward dance there.
