Today I am gonna show you Plank Push Ups which is a very effective exercise to workout your shoulder, chest, bicep, triceps, back, abs, obliques and lower back muscles and the best part is that this exercise works out all these body parts in one single repetition. Its a very simple exercise to perform and to do this exercise you don't need any equipment's not even dumbbell or barbell and yet this is a very effective exercise for fat loss and weight loss. Now as the name suggests its combination of two exercise which are plank and push ups and let me explain how to perform this exercise correctly.

If this variation gets too easy for you then you can make it more difficult by adding an extra full push up.So you start in the same plank position ,transition into a push up position ,do a complete push up and then come back to the normal plank position.
Whichever variation you of plank push up you do,its an excellent exercise for strengthening core muscles,workout your complete body and should be part of everyone's exercise program.
