In my opinion this is the BEST Tennis Elbow Stretch.
Just follow the instructions in the video.
Stand beside a table top / worktop at approximately hip height.
Place a folded towel or something similar on the top to make it more comfortable for the back of your hand.



Start with the back of your hand / wrist on the table top with your wrist behind your hip.
From there keep the back of your hand on the towel, straighten your elbow and stretch.
You may feel this stretching the back of your wrist but it a stretch at the front of the forearm that we are looking for.



If you feel the stretch in the forearm then hold this stretch for 10 to 15 seconds.



If you don't feel the stretch in the forearm than relax the pressure on your wrist and move your hand forwards a little.
Repeat the straightening of the elbow and re-assess. Did you feel the correct stretch this time?
If yes then hold for 15 to 20 seconds.
If no relax and move further forward and repeat this until you feel the stretch.
