Capitalizing on the Squidward faces fad, this frightening mini-meme rose to its status in June 2009 and subsided in August of that same year.

In the CPFW rendition, we see Director Benny investigating an elevator that broke when the Bureau of Fiction was instated. No one ever bothered to fix it. They simply went to the next elevator down. Benny, in a bad mood because of Mayor McFlapp damaging the color and sound of the area, decided to finally figure out why. As he investigates, something unnerving rises up the shaft...
