Megan Tucker knows about cancer stigma. First, her colon cancer diagnosis was delayed for two years because no one thought the young adult's symptoms were that severe despite a lengthy family history of cancer. Now, she finds people don't understand why she feels run down (maybe she parties too much?) or why she has to go to the doctor so often (she's not even coughing!), but things aren't always what they seem.
