WE FLEW... AGAIN! We came back a few months later in July 2011 and flew for 11.4 seconds, certified as a world record for class I-E by the NAA and the FAI. Both flights can be viewed here:

Correction to vehicle weight: This video was made in late 2010 when the vehicle was not fully completed. May 6th 2011 the vehicle was fully assembled for the first time and the weight is down from the 140 lbs quoted in the video to an amazing 105lbs! That's careful design, planning, and testing at work.
