Lhamo Kyab calls to dedicate this Lhakar of Wednesday, April 25, 2012 to celebrate the 23rd birthday of Panchen Lama around the world and to come and meet in large public gatherings wherever possible.

He also presents en important 10th Panchen Lama's speech to learn by new generations of Tibetan studeants.
Then Lhamo Kyab says a prayer for long life of the 11th Panchen Lama composed by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

This is the English translation of the council of the 10th Panchen Lama:
"We are all born in the region of the Snows.
We are all the same flesh and blood .
We are all the same Nation.
We are all Buddhists.
This is why we must find harmony among people of different regions and religious schools.
If we want to preserve the Tibetan language, we should develop it.
We are part of the nations with a long history of civilization.
We are not an underdeveloped nation.
The history of mankind is the history of progress.
Our ancestors did many great things.
Tibetan students, you must learn your tradition.
You must learn your particular culture.
Students, you are the future of Tibet.
You must study the Tibetan language and culture.
The Central Government has given us the Tibet Autonomous Region, we must try to give the meaning to autonomy.
We gave you the opportunity to study, do not be lazy, take the opportunity to study.
Do not drink alcohol, preserve pure ethics.
Drinking, smoking and doing harm is not our culture.
This is bad from the point of view of religion and ethics. "
