With just over one month before political parties hold their nominations ahead of the March 4th 2013 election, presidential aspirants have been burning the midnight oil to craft alliances that could secure a win during the first round of voting. Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka who denied claims that he was working on an alliance with Prime Minister Raila Odinga, has declared that he was ready to work with other like minded leaders with a view of forming the next government. But even as Musyoka was campaigning in Samburu County, his close ally Kangundo MP Johnstone Muthama accompanied Prime Minister Raila Odinga to City Stadium to watch a match between Tusker FC and Gor Mahia only 2 days after Muthama hinted at a possible Musyoka-Odinga deal.
