World championship medalist Tommy Mollet walks you through his favorite move: the back kick (Dwit chagi), often wrongly referred to as the ' spinning back kick'.

The move is broken down in four steps:
1. 0:20 Turn your feet.
2. 1:05 Keep your knees close together.
3. 1:36 Glance over your kicking side to your opponent.
4. 2:30 After the kick, do not move back, place your feet in front of you.
