This 1994 game by Capstone Software, the guys who made the original PC Miami Vice game, uses the Wolfenstein 3-D engine, and it's supposed to be a Doom clone, but it plays absolutely nothing like Doom.
The ending is more disappointing than the game itself.
Disk ending: Destroy the Vortex at level 30.
CD-ROM ending: You can either: - Destroy the Vortex at level 30. - Destroy the Vortex at level 40. - Enter the Vortex at level 40.
And they all lead to the same ending. I guess they originally wanted to make different endings but ran out of time or resources. It doesn't make sense if the marine destroys the vortex at level 40, which takes him back from the alien world to Earth.
Circumstances permitting, I'll show you the rest of the game.
