How do you make a Salvadorean pupusa?? THIS IS NOT AN INSTRUCTIONS VIDEO.... Just watch and enjoy... nobody makes them better than MOMs. NOBODY! Curtido??? Salsa? put what you want on top... this is how I eat mine. I posted the CURTIDO RECIPE here shown below. Video got cut short before the salsa went on top. I have to leave something to your imagination.

EL CURTIDO RECIPE:
1 CABBAGE
3 OR 4 LARGE CARROTS
1 LARGE WHITE ONION (Dont forget Jalapenos) SALT, OREGANO,WHITE VINEGAR,WATER.
GRATE THE CARROTS ON A CHEESE GRATER,
SHAVE THE CABBAGE WITH KNIFE
CUT ONION INTO JULIANE
TAKE THEM AND PUT THEM IN A POT OF (already) BOILING WATER FOR 3 MINS. DO NOT OVERCOOK! DRAIN AND PUT IN A BIG JAR! (or bucket like you see in video)
THEN ADD EQUAL AMOUNTS OF VINEGAR AND WATER AND COVER.
ADD SALT, OREGANO TO TASTE.
