Imagine if the government were trying to ban razor scooters, by counting injuries involving all ride-able objects that are "nonmotorized" and/or have "wheels". Furthermore, assuming their method was accurate, despite absolute evidence to the contrary. This is exactly what the CPSC has done with magnet spheres.
