Just a quick tutorial sorta thing about GPU rendering and acceleration inside of SONY Vegas Pro 11.
My PC Specs are:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.2 GHz Black Edition
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX
GPU: XFX Double D Radeon HD 6870
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
PSU: Corsair Professional Series HX650
Case: Corsair Vengeance C70 (Arctic White)
Capture Card: Black Magic Intensity Pro
Headset/Mic: Tritton AX 720 Ghost Recon Edition
Main HDD : WD 1TB WD1001FALS
Raid 0 HDD : 2 WD 1TB WD1001FALS
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Monitor: LG 24 Flatron W2486L
Display: Playstation 3D Display

I use the Black Magic Intensity Pro to capture my uncompressed HDMI video to my RAID 0 drive. The editing is done in Sony Vegas Pro 11 and After Effects CS5. I also use Cinema 4D for my intro along with some other 3D effects.
