Registered Dietician, Molly Kimball, gives advice on how to choose a protein bar that won't ruin your diet. Picking the right protein bar can be tricky! Look for protein bars that are higher in protein and lower in sugar. The best protein bars should have 15-30 grams of protein and only 6-7 grams of sugar. Two great choices are EAS Carb Control bars and Think Thin protein bars.
