What you need: 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix for Chicken (low sodium) 1-1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces 4 cups frozen Broccoli florets, thawed, drained 1 can of Cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1-1/2 cups Cheddar shredded cheese (I'll use more next time)
Preheat oven to 400F
Prepare the stuffing as directed Combine chicken and broccoli, soup, milk and cheese. Pour into 13x9 inch baking dish. ( I used cooking spray) Bake for 30 min, or until chicken is cooked.
