These are the channels I consistently go to for entertainment and inspiration. These creators never disappoint.

Damon "DA" Amendolara is a radio & TV guy with some pretty solid production chops of his own. He does a weekly series called Nomad in which he explores oddball stories that arise out of the sports world. It's free of sports stats, and sports nerdery, and full of pure enjoyment and laughs... also food. A lot of terrible food.

I get the sense that Martin Moore has never refused a dare. His channel is full of him exploring the city he loves, Milwaukee, with some travel sprinkled in for good measure. I appreciate his seemingly unwavering positive attitude, also.

Finally, if you haven't seen Ben Brown on another YouTube channel I'd be surprised (Casey Neistat, anyone?). Ben's work is the gold standard for travel video blogs. His visuals are stunning. While the stories he weaves may not always be action packed, or funny, they are always enjoyable.
