Thank you for tuning in this afternoon for this week's ExpoChat, again I am Laura Jones. This week's seminar discussion is on Sales and Marketing. We have two experts joining us on these educational topics. Tim Hagen, president of Mequon-based Sales Progress will present, "Quit Beating your Employees: Why Organizations Need to Coach." Obviously, they're kidding, but when you think of the word coach- what comes to mind? For many it might be the great Vince Lambardi , or a second grade baseball coach. but what do they all have in common? Their players love playing for them. Typically, the players do waht they're asked and they understand the direction the coach is taking the team. Shouldn't the work place be the same? Join Tim for this engaging seminar and learn all about how to coach-NOT manage your staff.
Our second sales and marketing seminar speaker is Bob Wendt presidnet of Heritage Printing/Cultivate communications. Bob is discussing how to create an effective marketing plan that incorporates the integration of multiple communications channels. When you come to this seminar you will walk away with the knowledge on how to apply the right channels to achieve the maximum results for your marketing effort.

You can see all these guest speakers at BizTimes, BizExpo on May 17th. To register for the seminars simple register for the event at biztimes.com/bizexpo. The seminars are included with you free event registration. Last week someone asked when the seminar times will be posted. We are planning on posting the schedule for the seminars on the BizExpo registration page in the next few weeks.

Next week Alysha will be joining us again to discuss Social Media and Technolgoy. If there's anything we didn't answer in this week's seminar or if you have additional questions about Expo-Send us a message on Facebook or Twitter. Thanks for joining us, see you next week.
