Clackamas County Sheriff's Deputy Sgt. Jeffrey Grahn fatally shot his wife Charlotte M. "Char" Grahn, her two friends Victoria "Vickie" Schulmerich and Kathleen "Katie" Hoffmeister, and himself on February 12, 2010. Vickie died Feb 25th from her injuries.

Charlotte Grahn's brother Walter Trapp wish his sister had reported her abuse to police.

Charlotte Grahn's brother Walter Trapp:"Charolette had to be the one to step forward. She had to be the one to say yeah I'm scared and he's violent. She didn't do it."

Charlotte Grahn's brother Walter Trapp: "Denial is the worst thing that can happen. If you do the denial in domestic violence this will be the end result.
