John Gibson Program for Monday, January 3, 2012
It Begins! Do the RNC's "New" Rules on Proportionality and State Delegate Reductions make tonight's Decision in Iowa a moot point for Romney? Is he already way ahead of everyone else? Is Rick Santorum just the latest flash in the pan or the Real Deal? Can Perry or Bachmann pull off an upset? Gibson speaks with Karl Rove.
Gloves Off! Newt Gingrich is now complaining to anyone who'll listen about how PAC's have knee-capped him in Iowa and are running ads in upcoming states at the behest of Mitt Romney. Gingrich is even demanding an overhaul of the Campaign Finance Laws and Liberal Pundits are noting the irony considering Gingrich was closely tied with "Citizen's United." Romney is telling Gingrich to stop "whining" because if he can't handle these ads, how's he going to deal with the Obama Machine. Gibson judges both of them.
Plus: Ron Paul calls Santorum a "liberal" and Gibson wonders if so called Ron Paul "Conservatives" will back the GOP Nominee if it isn't Dr. Paul.
