I would like to share the name of a wonderful album, not very well know, but extremly great : The Silent Corner and The Empty Stage of Peter Hammill. I really think you should look at Peter Hammill's solo work and at Peter Hammill's group (Van Der Graaf Generator) work - both of them is sublime. Profond lyrics, music to blow away the mind. Moreover, Peter Hammill is one of the most open-minded artist who ever live - all his album are very different each one from each other. Sometimes, their albums require at least three times of hearing it before to grab the great Beauty of this music, but if that can give a guarantee, I've read that Thom Yorke is a great fan of Peter Hammill. Have a nice day

Jeantaker Of course. I put this song on when I feel hopelessly depressed. It's like a fantasy fulfillment song. Thom's character in the song feels like the world is kicking him while he's down. And he just wants to escape. Definitely something we all can relate to.
it's ok to be sad sometimes

tom say he doesnt care about that piece of shit u gave.
Carina Dertnig I'm not Thom Yorke, but I want to say that I really agree. Thom's voice and Radiohead's music touches my soul in a way no other band or musicians can (perhaps except for John Frusciane, who I recommend you check out!). Also, your english is fine, don't worry about it! :)
