Lyrics:

This is for the sidewalk chalk, Jack and Jill beanstalk
Kids on the block who rocked out to Pete Rock
When they reminisce over what you came from
take cynicism and make your paper
High school nerd to paid six figures
High school jock to destitute figure
Quit kidding, you ain't thug living
cats be on your back like pussycat cushions
Quit whining and change your whole game up
Self pity to self motivation

Chorus
Put one in the air to ignite the mindless
Two in the air for peace arising
Three for the millions used to crisis
Four for the journey of the poor and righteous
Five to oblige this life so priceless
Hands to the sky for the cause I might just
take destiny and exchange surprises
Make history, our words are timeless (2x)

Writing manuscripts, modern day hieroglyphs
Ancient wisdom has disdain for conglomerates
Profit, money, get, more for the government
Use the news to distract from discovering
Who's really running it, Super PAC's to banking bizz
victim of a hit of ignorance, soak it in
Shorten bars to rip society's standard list
and so my bucket list is full of vigilante shit
Let the soil spill, fertilize you through the mill
Something like killing fields, shock and awe and shoot to kill
Just press on, like exxon in Middle Eastern oil fields
Dress on n sex on like Paris Hilton's lips were sealed
So with my time I yield to the floor like mopping drills
I'm a monster still haunting all the dreams you feel.
Feel the flame coming, watch out for my ether skills
Burn degrees turned up like a terror guild.

Chorus
Put one in the air to ignite the mindless
Two in the air for peace arising
Three for the millions used to crisis
Four for the journey of the poor and righteous
Five to oblige this life so priceless
Hands to the sky for the cause I might just
take destiny and exchange surprises
Make history, our words are timeless (2x)

Mainstream society is an oxymoron,
a contradiction contrasting comparisons of
socio economic status
skin color schematics
bureaucrats in cahoots with aristocrat dramatics
all packaged
before our eyes as capitalism and democracy
in what god do we trust?
We advance millionaires' growth and security
stocks and annuities
and smother the dreams
of the hard working
honest earning
people
we are not classes
Livable salaries for teachers and farmers
but luxury and lavishly for lobbyists and war mongers
from corporate takeovers
to bonus resort hangovers
the leftovers
are left disillusioned
Asphyxiate the third world
till poverty and corruption
appear charitable and contained
hypnotize, patronize, and patriot-ize
to dominate, dictate, and militarize
in the guise
of America

Chorus
Put one in the air to ignite the mindless
Two in the air for peace arising
Three for the millions used to crisis
Four for the journey of the poor and righteous
Five to oblige this life so priceless
Hands to the sky for the cause I might just
take destiny and exchange surprises
Make history, our words are timeless

Puppet masters and orchestra conductors are aesthetic metaphors
for the architects and enforcers of a system
where genocide is justified
Sacrificial becomes elastic
When the war on terror
and the war on poverty
are both fabrications with
illicit and ill-interest intents
Expect expenses
Intense pretenses,
Dissect your perspective,
through wisdom lens
one day to be
powerful and meek.

What's money when you got land
became slave to the system at hand
Lana'i island sell it back
Pagan Guahan on my back
Micronesia stay intact
Saying poetry's a fad
I'm obtrusive to their crap
with my ruler, compass, graph
mathematic quantum fact
just charting out the plan
Meditate your daily rhythm
allegorical Jah alliterations
