Chef de Cuisine Masa Shimakawa from ONYX restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village and guest Chef Satoshi Sawada from Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok go head-to-head in a friendly battle of culinary creativity for a 10-night challenge to win the title of Samurai Chef. Guests dining in ONYX May 24 to June 2, 2012 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm will have the chance to sample from and vote on each of the chefs' dishes, featuring a different special ingredient each night of the competition.
