The Philippines can no longer continue on with the same old Unitary-Presidential System that was defined by the 1987 Constitution.

The current system is lousy, inefficient, prone to corruption, and tends to produce dynasties.

Shifting to Federalism is important, but what type of Federalism must the Philippines opt for? Will a Federal-Presidential System work?
