Took this video on a mutatu in Nairobi this Saturday. Mutatu is a privatised public transport system of old vans. They are called Mutatus because "tatu" is "three" in swahili, the orignal fare in shillings. Each van has its own individual name and paint scheme, which is normally influenced by Western rap culture, English football or christianity.
