Welcome to the Make Your #VoiceCount Google+ Hangout series organized by the United Nations Human Rights Office. This second Google+ Hangout of our "Make Your #VoiceCount" Hangout series focuses on inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities. It took place on 30 November 2012, ahead of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December.
