Sakeenah Francis, co-author of Love's All That Makes Sense, describes her life as a Cinderella-in-reverse story. She went to college, was homecoming queen, married, and had children. Then, schizophrenia struck and she lost everything. She describes her dark days with mental illness and her road to long-term recovery. She is happy to say she's been in recovery for 15 years. This is what inspired Sakeenah to write a memoir with her daughter Anika Francis.
