In this vid. I show how I wrap my knee before all my lifts. Every one has their own ways of doing it but this is mine. Work your way down the knee then go back over the knee cap to secure it then tuck the extra with a fold so it is a rip cord. Then when you need them off fast all you do is pull on that rip and they pop off!!
