Lance is the CEO of Cigna Life Insurance New Zealand. Over the last 3 years, Lance and his team have been on a programme of cultural change centered around the desire to be a highly collaborative, humanistic-encouraging and agile organization. Lance’s success as a leader in this area was recognized at the 2017 HRINZ Awards at which he was awarded Supportive CEO of the Year.
In this presentation, Lance talks about how his main role is as Chief CULTURE officer rather than Executive. He sees his main tasks as setting the direction and creating the environment for people to succeed.
